Sucrose (C12H22O11)[]
Is mainly obtained from sugarcane and sugar (or items which contain sugar in their recipe) and is a very good and reliable source of C,H and O (a basic 9x9 farm will produce ~500 C, ~1-2k H and ~1k O per minecraft day)
When drank it will restore 1/2 hunger and apply Speed II effect to the player for 50 seconds
